- I practiced for two years with the State Attorney General's Office in the Medicaid Fraud Division as an Assistant Attorney General
- I practiced for 10 years as a supervisory attorney with the Social Security Administration's Office of Adjudication and Review
- For the past 21 years, I have been in private practice in Little Rock, Arkansas
